Hello:
This may be an honest mistake, or not. I thought it should be reported regardless.
I've lived at my current address and never heard of this occurring before.
My neighbor was voter #10 in Monona this morning (St. Stephen's Church), and he was upset to find election officials had placed ink pens on all voting booth stations instead of the pens that are required for voting. Luckily he was there right at 7am to set them straight, and the officials there replaced all the ink pens with the proper ones required for the machines to count them.
Correct pens were being used when I cast my vote #333 at 8 a.m..
I hope there aren't people out there putting in pens/Bics in Dem area/district voting booths to prevent votes from being counted. Hate to be so cynical, but ya know how things have been ....
