"Report the Recall" is a volunteer-led effort set up by Defend Wisconsin to monitor the June 5 Wisconsin recall elections. Voters across the state will be choosing between Republican Scott Walker and Democrat Tom Barrett for the Governor's seat, and between Republican Rebecca Kleefisch and Democrat Mahlon Mitchell for the Lt. Governor seat. In addition, four State Senate districts are holding recall elections for those positions.
We are tracking issues with polling places, voter suppression and rights violations, and any logistical problems that would impede voting. We also are tracking things going well at polling places and vote reports.
